Room Categories: We currently have the following room categories locked in under the contract: Caribbean Luxury Family Sized Suite King (PK), Caribbean Grande Luxe Suite Double (LD). If you prefer a different room, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate you.

Choices: Be sure to include your first and second choice of room category, as well as your desired arrival and departure dates. If undecided, it is best to book an extra night or two as it will be difficult to add extra nights at a later date. You may drop it down to the minimum of 3 nights on or before August 25, 2025.

Confirmation: Please do not provide any payment information until Stacie Palma has confirmed that she has secured your room. This process can take up to 72 hours, and you will need to be available to provide payment information as soon as possible. A credit card or debit card is required for payment. No personal checks will be accepted.

Pricing: Once your room has been confirmed with the resort, Stacie will contact you with updated pricing that includes travel protection. See below for room rates.

Special Rates: Last chance to book a room at these special rates is August 25, 2025. After this date, we cannot guarantee resort availability. However, we will do our best to reserve you a room and add to the contract if available.

Booking: Please book by August 25, 2025 to ensure availability! Please note that we have a contracted date with Beaches Resorts. Any rooms remaining unbooked on August 25, 2025 will be released from the contract. Also note that all rooms, even if booked after August 25th 2025, must be booked through Stacie at Dreams Come True Travel, LLC. If you do not book your room within the group you will be unable to take part of Christina & Larry Destination Wedding and/or festivities.

Payment: Please book by August 25, 2025 to ensure availability!

• Booking now through April 1, 2025: A minimum payment of 10% of your room total is due to secure your room. An additional payment to equal at least 50% of room total plus travel protection cost is due on or before July 1, 2025. Final payment is due on or before October 1, 2025. You may make full payment at any time.
• Booking between July 1, 2025 through August 25, 2025: A minimum payment of at least 50% of room total plus travel protection cost is due. Final payment is due on or before October 1, 2025. You may make full payment at any time.
• Any booking requests made after August 25, 2025 are subject to resort availability and pricing at current time. If rooms are available, 75% of room total plus travel protection cost is due. Final payment is due on or before October 1, 2025. You may make full payment at any time.

Travel Protection: Currently, Travel Protection cost is $114 per adult. If traveling with children, please provide child’s age at time of traveling to receive accurate pricing. Know that pricing can increase at any time, you do not have to wait to make this purchase. Please be advised Travel Protection is non-refundable.

If you are booking your own flight, please note that you will be flying into MJB. Transfers to and from the resort are included.

If you are looking at basic economy or any economy class for flights, please be aware that you will not be allowed to select a seat prior to arrival at the airport and will not be allowed a carry-on. These seats will also be the first to be bumped off the flight if it is overbooked, which has been happening frequently.

Please send us your flight information as soon as possible, including dates, airline, flight numbers, arrival, and departure times, so that we can forward it to the Beaches Groups Department. This will ensure that you have complimentary transfers to and from the airport.

Please ensure your passport does not expire within 6 months of travel.

Double Occupancy: It’s important to know that this property has only one king-size bed per room. A rollaway may be requested; however, it is not guaranteed.

Single Occupancy: If you are booking single occupancy, you must let me know as soon as possible, as special permission is required from the Sandals’ Sales Department. In addition, singles are required to pay the double occupancy rate. However, you can always add a second person to your room prior to your final payment date.

• Police Officers: To qualify for the discount, you must present your badge at check-in. If you do not have it, they will adjust your room rate to the selling price of the room that day.
• Military: To qualify for the discount, you must present your DD-214 at check-in. If you do not have it, they will adjust your room rate to the selling price of the room that day. In addition, you must provide the following information at booking: Date service (starting and ending or still active), Branch of Service, and the state you were branched out of.
• Firefighter: To qualify for the discount, you must present your active International Firefighter Association Card at check-in. If you do not have it, they will adjust your room rate to the selling price of the room that day.
• Active FEMA Personnel: To qualify for the discount, you must be an active FEMA employee and present a form of proof at check-in. If you do not have it, they will adjust your room rate to the selling price of the room that day.

Travel Protection: Currently, Travel Protection cost is $114 per adult. Know that pricing can increase at any time. You do not have to wait to make this purchase. Please be advised Travel Protection is non-refundable. If you choose to decline to purchase Travel Protection, you must sign a waiver and send it back within 14 days of booking.
