Welcome to Amanda & Brendan’s destination wedding! We are thrilled that you will be joining us for this special occasion. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we have outlined the process for booking your stay at Sandals Royal Bahamian.
Please note that all rooms must be booked through Dreams Come True Travel, LLC with travel agent Stacie Palma.
We have a contract group with Sandals Resorts, and if you book outside of our group, you will not be able to attend the wedding or any of the festivities before or after the wedding day.
Resort Booking Information
Sandals Resorts requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. We highly suggest that you do not arrive on the day of the wedding, as flight delays or cancellations may cause you to miss Amanda & Brendan’s special day.
Availability: To check availability, please visit Sandals Royal Bahamian before filling out the request form for Dreams Come True Travel, LLC.
Choices: Be sure to include your first and second choice of room category, as well as your desired arrival and departure dates.
Confirmation: Please do not send payment information until Stacie Palma has confirmed that she has secured your room. This process can take up to 48 hours, and you will need to be available to provide payment information as soon as possible.
Pricing: Once your room has been confirmed with the resort, Stacie will contact you with updated pricing that includes travel protection.
Payment: If you are booking prior to June 1, 2023, you will need to pay for 1/2 of the room total plus travel protection. If you are booking after June 1, 2023, you must pay in full for the resort plus travel protection.
What We Need From You
To secure your room, please supply the following information:
Names as they appear on your passports (please ensure they do not expire within 6 months of travel)
Home address and billing address (if different)
Best contact phone number (as well as an additional phone number if tied to billing)
Booking Your Own Flight?
If you are booking your own flight, please note that you will be flying into NAS.
If you are looking at basic economy or any economy class for flights, please be aware that you will not be allowed to select a seat prior to arrival at the airport and will not be allowed a carry-on. These seats will also be the first to be bumped off the flight if it is overbooked, which has been happening frequently.
Please send us your flight information as soon as possible, including dates, airline, flight numbers, arrival, and departure times, so that we can forward it to Sandals Groups Department. This will ensure that you have complimentary transfers to and from the airport.
